The purpose of our new league will be to provide a safe, meaningful and fun lacrosse experience for any child who wants to play.  We will accomplish this by applying a set of core values (our “ROCC”) including: 

Requirements:    Compliance to protect each other.

·         A legal governing body with bylaws.

·         Town administrative requirements and planning calendars.

Opportunity:      Creating opportunity for any kid to play at any time.

·         Committee leadership for continuous improvement.

·         Game scheduled for both evenly matched and select teams.

·         Coordination of additional opportunities to play.

Community:       A commitment to share and help the development of all member towns.

·         Community of administrators, coaches, and officials. 

·         A working relationship with US Lacrosse.

·         Conflict resolution process.

Certification:        Coaching certification and training.

·         Game rules, training of officials and referee assignments.
